Looks like the war really is over.

I remember like it was just yesterday, when I saw trains pulling military equipment down south, presumably to San Francisco to hop aboard a ship, a decade ago.

Now they're returning.

Of course, not all equipment is returning, and most certainly, not everyone is coming back alive.
