Choicest comment of the day.

Via NYT's Bill Keller, from David Butler:
“Never before in history has a candidate run for president with the idea that too many people have insurance coverage.”
Cynical or not, that's where we stand.

No GOP proposal of what they'll replace the law with.  All we have is a continued push to make things go back to where they were in 2008: no extended healthcare coverage for children up to age 26; caps on lifetime benefits; pre-existing conditions can prevent you from getting healthcare insurance; no healthcare exchanges to allow small businesses and individuals to buy coverage at the same prices as big businesses.
