Rumors come and go, but if this one turns out to be true, ruh roh...it is the start of the cascade of events that will turn Microsoft into a has-been.
It's not just that HP was ditching WindowsRT.
According to Semiaccurate, HP dumped WindowsRT for Android. Yes, Android. And they're apparently not the only ones who were really angry with Microsoft, and are ditching Redmond for Mountain View.
Poof. Ballmer's mobile strategy has just evaporated before it even had a chance to make it to the market.
