Good news: Microsoft has decided to change course and allow people who buy the retail (non-subscription) version of Office 2013, the right to transfer their license to a new computer if they stop using the computer that it was previously installed on.
I'm temporarily (for this post) avoiding snarky remarks about Microsoft; this is after all, good for Microsoft's customers, that Redmond is listening to them and thusly responding accordingly.
