China claims it's victim of hacking. Laughter follows.

This just gets more amusing every day.

Following last month's report of an advanced persistent threat hacking attempt originating from a building owned by China's military, China followed up by saying that their military was being attacked by the US.

Now, following an official US request that China stop hackers from attacking US companies, China has said that its public companies have been targeted by hackers from foreign nations.

Ha.  I can completely believe that both sides are hacking each other, but I also find it amusing that while China says that it knows for sure that Chinese companies have been hacked by groups in the US, it denies the possibility that the IP addresses linked back to its own military facilities are wrong.

Liar, liar pants on fire.
