As soon as I saw the new Apple ads, the first thing that came into mind was the Macy's One Day Sale ads. Oh sure, the tune isn't the same, but they're both in the same key, they're almost to the same beat, they have similar walking bass (harder to hear in the Macy's commercial), they both use maracas in the background, and they both feature shouting of keywords.
What do you think? To me they're too similar to be a coincidence; either they're using the same composer or they copied.
