Grimm Kiss of the Muse: My Magnum PI moment.

Growing up in Hawai'i, we all watched  Magnum PI and Hawai'i Five O, especially because you'd see them filming all over.  Back in the day, we were having some Chinese food upstairs at Wo Fat...you know, the restaurant, not the character in the updated Hawai'i Five O series...and we watched as they were filming TC running down the street.

Well, O'ahu is a small island so you pretty much knew where they were driving and the direction they were headed.

The point is, you'd see them driving in Diamond Head, then a split second later, on Nimitz Highway near the airport.

Well, that's what happened on Grimm's Kiss of the Muse episode.

From Fuller's Cafe, he ended up two blocks west at the Armory / Portland Center Stage.  Funny thing then, when he was running eastward into the Armory from across the street.  Chasing the perp up the stairs and out onto the building's balcony, he wasn't at 1st and Davis; suddenly he was half a mile away at the Albers Mill Building, when the perp jumped 50 feet into the Willamette River.  I get chills thinking of this guy jumping that far down into the 50° river. Incidentally, that's the same building as the Treeview Hospital that Juliette was at, in a coma.

Oh, and the vic's home was the location they were shooting that night / morning with the giant reflectors and lights, a few months back.

Loved this episode, because I knew where every site was!
