Looks like the competition is heating up, as Google Offers now has an iGoogle gadget that allows you to find local coupons for goods and services without having to buy in on a coupon, similar to Groupon Now. Stumbled upon it after clicking through on today's offer of $5 for $10 worth of doughnuts from
Delicious Donuts, only to find a $0.50 off coupon for any purchase good through the end of this month. So naturally, I decided to print out the coupon so that I can try a single doughnut, first.
When you install the gadget, it brings up a list of offers, but you can click through and it'll pull up a Google Map showing the location of nearby offers.
By awesome luck, I'm always hoping to get a coupon for Utrecht, as it's just a few blocks away in the Pearl and they're like a toy store for me.
