Odd GOP ad buys in Oregon.

I've now counted four different conservative SuperPACs airing ads in Oregon, even as a poll issued last Friday showed Obama more than comfortably up by 6.  By that point, 40.6% of all ballots had been returned.  That number increased to 50.5% on Monday.  The number of people they need to switch, becomes higher, to offset the early votes.

On top of the desperation strategy, I can't figure out why they're all targeting women, because Obama leads in both men and women, according to the last poll out from PPP.  Even if they turned all the undecided women, it wouldn't be enough.

The Democrats must know this already, which is why we haven't seen a single anti-Romney / pro-Obama ad these last several weeks.

So, after peeking at some semi-private Democratic polling data, it's clear that Florida is in play, because of early voting returns showing Democrats dominating by a wide margin, and a small margin overall.  I'm now quietly suspecting that what was supposed to be a close election, may result in an across the board win in the battleground states.
