Grimm: Do they all live in the Pearl?

The other week, I was certain that I saw Silas Weir Mitchell walking back from Hot Lips.  This month's Explore the Pearl highlights Sasha Roiz and Reggie Lee (big fan of his role in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End) and their enjoyment of living in the Pearl.  And this past Friday afternoon on my way back from the post office in the Pearl, David Giuntoli passed me on his bike, on his way to park it at the post office.

So the obvious question: Do they all live in the Pearl?  As both Roiz and Lee have said in their interviews with Explore the Pearl, if you visit and stick around for a while, you might not want to leave.

By the way, in the last episode, The Hour of Death, they spent a lot of time around Cathedral Park, as they did in the previous episode, La Llorona.

And intern Ryan's (the wannabe Grimm) apartment is actually the "Historic Fairmount Apartments", in NW Portland.  You can catch the Oil Can Henry's in the background (corner of NW Vaughn and NW 26th) as Nick burns some rubber in haste to find Bud.  It is a fish out of water building in Portland, IMO.  It has essentially a continuous front porch all around, reminiscent of what you'd find in New Orleans and other humid, warm locations, not in cooler climates like Portland.

Also, maybe you might have noticed it, but the Exotic Tea & Spice Shop is not exactly the same as it once was; the big clue is the windows.  If you look at older episodes, the door is in a different place and there weren't giant windows.  The building, which also included Bertram Jewelers, began renovations earlier this year.
