You can find the roll call for the debt ceiling bill here, under roll call #690, 112th Congress - 1st session.
It's a bit deceptive, as they bypassed the usual rules and slipped the BCA under a bill labeled, "To make a technical amendment to the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002" -- that technical amendment was the Budget Control Act, S365.
As expected, Greg Walden (R) (OR-2) and David Wu (D) (OR-1) voted for the debt ceiling bill. Wu's been a poor representative of the people, whose districts include downtown Portland and west to Hillsboro; the primary reason why he's survived this long (7 terms) is because he's a Democrat.
What surprised me however, is that Kurt Schrader (D) (OR-5) gave in to the wondrous attacks by one of the conservative PACs airing ads in Oregon. But I don't think Democrats will hold it against him, considering the alternatives were either to allow the debt ceiling to stay in place, or to give in to Conservative dogma but prevent an economic collapse by cutting demand immediately from a partial government shutdown.
And of course, dependable Peter DeFazio (D) (OR-4) and Earl Blumenauer (D) (OR-3) both voted against the bill. I guess it depends upon your point of view, but these fellas have never faltered on basic Democratic principles, IMO.
