1996 Portland Flood, then and now.
I was digging out some negatives and came across some color slides from the 1996 Portland Flood. Thought I'd share...you know, for future perspective when people complain about how their condos are flooded and the Portland Streetcar and the future Max Orange Line is unable to run.
