Q: What's the only FBS program to never use names on uniforms?

A: USC.

Noted in a post today from USC over a rumor that the Trojans might use black helmets (officially denied), it mentioned that USC is now the only FBS team not to show names of players on their jerseys.  Previously, Penn State was in that category until this year, when they decided to reward individual players who stayed with the program.
