Via FoxSports, Todd McNair has filed a lawsuit against the NCAA for "libel, slander, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, tortious interference with contractual relations, breach of contract, negligence and declaratory relief."
IMHO, the NCAA is about to be rocked by the litany of mistakes made during the investigation, and subsequent ruling, including misstatement of chronology and events, and putting words into a witness' mouth by leading questions. If McNair wins, what are the chances USC will go to a court room as well, to have the COI appeals ruling overturned for lack of evidence? Or will a win for McNair stand as sufficient public vindication for USC?
