First up: Floyd's Coffee Shop.
Bought one, by the way. I've walked many times past Floyd's Coffee Shop in Old Town, early mornings walking in a loop around to the waterfront, but they open at 7:00, which is typically too late when I'm walking in the morning. It's a really nice space in an old brick building. $3 for $10 is a pretty nice deal...better than the typical $5 for $10 on Groupon, but I'm sure it won't last very long...the super-great-awesomeness deals, that is.
