Thoughts on college football recruiting drama.

In 3:10 to Yuma, Ben Wade kills his own gang in the end.  He was disappointed that his own men couldn't appreciate the fact that Dan Evans, who they shot and killed in front of him, was the only man with enough guts to honor his commitment.  Everyone else was corruptible or otherwise easily swayed, but not Dan Evans, who promised to deliver Ben Wade to the train at 3:10, on his way to prison and a court room.

The movie was meant to highlight a verbal promise as a virtue.  Judas flipped for 30 pieces of silver; today, apparently, the price is even lower.
