Last week in Detroit, Mitt offered that his wife drives "a couple of Cadillacs". Of course, I don't really get the point he made, that in Detroit, "the trees are the right height".
This week it's Ann herself, saying that, "I don’t even consider myself wealthy", while joking that she can be "poor in spirit". -- source
I don't get it...they're so clueless as to how different they are, yet they still think they can pretend to know the issues that face low- and middle-income earners. They're trying so hard to fake it, and failing spectacularly.
