RIM is tanking. Microsoft has resumed its decline, and both Apple and Google are still growing. Contrary to what others have suggested (think Strategy Analytics) Google's market share is still growing, albeit slower than last year.

Microsoft has now dropped to its lowest market share while Google's has increased to its highest.

You can see that Google's growth is much slower than it was a year ago, but that it's still growing.
It's not quite clear yet, but the announcements in late June that Blackberry 10 would be delayed and that Windows Phone 8 wouldn't support current models, may have had some effect on market share. We'll know much more, next month if both RIM and Microsoft trend down further.
