Grimm Filming in the Pearl...in the snow? (updated)

It's probably a good thing most of the Grimm actors live in the Pearl, given the amount of snow today, and through Saturday -- we're supposed to get a cumulative foot of snow.  I feel bad for those people standing outside in the cold, as it was 19°F / -7.2°C this afternoon with a wind chill down to 10°F / -12.2°C.

If you know where Captain Renard's place is, and where Metrovino used to be, then you'll have a hoot with all the blocked street traffic tomorrow, not that there'll be any traffic with most places closed down from all the snow.  Still, they converted the closed down Metrovino space to a wedding dress shop and I can't wait to see if they take advantage of the snow and use it in the filming.

Brrr!

Update:

Well, no, they didn't film during our snow event last week, and tonight I could see why: they were filming while driving. Which of course points to the fact that I happened to walk past the different places they were filming...hard not to, considering they were spread about in different directions for blocks in the Pearl.

You can't see him, but trust me, David Giuntoli's in the Jeep behind the van.

Just a supportive note. I have spent the last hour perusing your posts and thoroughly enjoyed them.
I like that you are not Pac-12-centric in your football opinions but [being an Oregon grad] I don't share your enthusiasm for USC [does the band know more than two notes?] I am coming around to Pete Carroll [sp?] though.
Enjoy your nit-picking of media grammar etc.
We want to use Chromecast but I still want sports!! Do you have an answer?
PS we are dog people who grew up in The Dalles and have been stuck in upstate NY. Looking forward to retirement back in the NW.

@William, thank!
RE sports on Chromecast, the current methodology would be to borrow someone's cable login to gain access to online sports feeds, then 'cast' that streaming video tab from w/in Chrome browser to a TV. The future method would be to use an official app on your smart phone or tablet, borrow someone's cable login and direct the app to stream to a TV.
RE Carroll (yes, you spelled correctly), his enthusiasm is infectious. We -- USC fans, that is -- believe the NCAA COI was jealous of the fun that was seen on the USC sidelines during games, which is why they banned most people from the USC sidelines. We're all awaiting the Todd McNair emails to come out, showing prejudice against USC by certain members of the NCAA COI.
