Sony in trouble?

Via the Inquirer, the US ITC is going to review LG's complaint over patent infringement by Sony's televisions and BluRay players, although to that last point, it directly affects PS3s.  Seeing as Europeans have issued a ban on the importation of PS3s due to the same patent issue (BluRay patent infringement), Sony may be in trouble if it cannot work out a resolution with regulators or LG.
