Black and White.

The first image is the original photograph. The second is the result of using Photoshop to translate the color to a black and white image. The third is the result of deleting the red and blue color channels, leaving just the green channel. The point of this exercise is to effectively apply an infrared filter to replicate what you'd get from infrared film.
